Our doors;

Our cold room doors have a surface protection system against scratches during installation and consist of galvanized painted, chrome plated, PVC coated platters.

No heat bridges are formed at any point of the cold room doors and the sheets are not allowed to touch each other and are mounted with the latest technology to ensure maximum isolation. Polyurethane is injected without using. There are no side products other than polyurethane material in the doors, but polyurethane is injected without additional panel in case of different sizes for doors. The doors are all 100% Polyurethane filled and have a density of 40-45 kg / m3 at all points.

It provides complete contact with the surface with flexible door tires which are mounted on the cold room doors. The door hinges have a eccentric hinge system (upshifting when opening, downshifting when closing). This type of lock has a built-in lock system that does not protrude from the front door surfaces obtained by special designs.

    • Door thickness is 92mm in normal cold storage, 120mm in frozen storage
    • Suspension Hardware Carrier rails, wheels, grips and necessary accessories are composite material and stainless steel.
    • Both sides of the surface sheet standard manufacturing wing are PVC plate. It can be polyester painted sheet and CrNi depending on demand.
    • Door Case: Exterior case is special PVC, internal case is aluminum.
    • The heat bridge is a single row special rubber seal surrounding the door wing in the normal storage rooms. The frozen storage room door has very easily changing resistance when needed.
    • The door material is made from specially reinforced composite material. Special sealing ring is used. Suitable for rooms up to -5 ° C. These doors have a 100% leakage-proof sight window to control the atmosphere inside the room.
